At what point do I need a PRM?
Once your program becomes more than you can manage on a spreadsheet, no matter what size or shape of program you have, you will need a platform to manage your partners. If you believe your program will succeed and grow, then you need to consider the initial costs as well as the downstream investments you will be making to support your success.
