Zift Solutions Incorporated and all its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiaries (“Zift,” “Zift Solutions,” “Zift MA Subsidary, LLC”, “Zift Solutions, Inc”, “Zift CC Subsidary, LLC”, “Relayware, Inc”, “us,” “our,” or “we”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Zift collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information that we collect (i) from users of our website, and any other websites and online services that we operate and that include a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Websites”); and (ii) from authorized users of business organizations that have contracted with us (our “Customers”) to use our software applications, including the ZiftONE platform (the “Applications”).

The products and services that we provide or make available to our business customers and their authorized partners, including the Applications, may cause us to receive, collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process personal information on behalf of and at the direction of those business customers and authorized partners that is not collected through the Websites, such as marketing contact information. Such information is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Instead, we process that personal information at the direction of, and pursuant to our agreements with, those business customers and authorized partners. Information we collect

Information you provide to us directly

When you use or access the Websites, or use the Applications as an authorized user of one of our Customers, we may collect personal information directly from you, such as the following:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, or phone number.
  • Business information, such as your job title and the name of your employer or organization
  • Registration and account information, including your username and password.
  • Information you submit through the “Careers” section of the Websites, including professional and employment-related information and education information, such as your resume, cover letter, employment history, and any other information you provide in your employment inquiries or applications.
  • Any other information you submit when you contact us through the Websites or Applications, including any information you provide in connection with support requests, enter into forms that we make available through the Websites or Applications.

Information collected automatically

We also may collect certain other information automatically when you visit the Websites, or use the Applications as an authorized user of one of our Customers, such as the following:

  • Browser and Device Information: Certain information is automatically collected by most websites, such as information about your device and your browser. For example, we may receive device identifiers such as IP address and MAC address, operating system type and version, and Internet browser type and version.
  • Information Stored in Cookies. The Websites and Applications may also use cookies to collect personal information. We may also use cookies for purposes such as determining what features interest our users and revising our site features or operations. As a general matter, we process personal information when we have an appropriate legal basis to do so. We may process the information we collect from you:

We store personal information for as long as we reasonably need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including provision of the Websites and Applications, to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, as applicable. For example, if you register with us and create an account, we will store your information for as long as needed to maintain your account, provide the services you requested, enforce any applicable terms that govern your use of the services, and maintain appropriate records to reflect our delivery of services to you.

Zift Solutions also does research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behaviors based on the information provided to us during registration, during a promotion, from our server log files and user profiles or from surveys. We do this to better understand and serve our users. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. Zift Solutions may share this aggregated data with advertisers or business partners. This information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Information sharing

We may disclose your personal information:

  • To our contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our organization, which may include support of any of the data uses described above.
  • To our third-party partners with whom we jointly offer products or services.

Your choices

Zift Solutions may send you emails regarding our products and services. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can edit your Zift Solutions account information to stop such email or use the opt out feature included in the emails. You will need your Zift Solutions user ID and password to access your Zift Solutions account information. You may also contact us directly and we will remove your name from our lists. For marketing emails, you can also opt out by using the opt-out mechanism in the message.

You may edit your Zift Solutions account information at any time by using your Zift Solutions ID and password.

You can accept or reject certain cookies used on the Websites through our Cookie Settings Tool.
