Gordon Rapkin - Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Gordon is the driving force behind Zift’s strategic vision and mission to deliver easy, integrated solutions that provide everything needed to build and grow a profitable channel partner program. Gordon has over 30 years of experience in the high tech industry, and has served as CEO of four technology companies, including Relayware prior to Zift. His career has focused on practical business applications of technology, and he has performed or led nearly every corporate function, holding senior executive positions at several public, private equity-backed, and venture capital-backed companies. He has also served on public and private company boards of directors. Gordon has built and led teams across the globe, with experience selling through both direct sales and channel partners. He holds a law degree (JD) and MBA from Emory University.
Lionel Farr – Chief Technology Officer
Lionel has a passion for new technology and a strong background in building and leading agile software development teams. As Zift’s Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for the development of all Zift technologies, products and services. Before founding Zift Solutions, he served as Senior Engineer at DoubleClick where he played a key role in a major product redesign to ensure quality and scalability for such online giants as eBay, AOL and Orbitz. Prior to DoubleClick, Lionel spent more than three years as a Senior Engineer and Developer for IBM. He holds a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University.
Heather Tenuto – Chief Revenue Officer
Throughout her career, Heather has helped tech companies accelerate revenue through both direct sales and channel partnerships. Her two passions come together in her role as Chief Revenue Officer at Zift, where her mission is to help companies achieve real channel success. Previously, Heather served at VP of SMB Sales and Indirect Channels at Office Depot, and Vice President of Channels at ShoreTel. Prior to ShoreTel’s acquisition of M5 Networks in 2012, she spent five years at the SaaS start-up in several roles leading sales and marketing efforts. Before that, Heather brought her innovative sales and education experience to businesses in many industries including technology, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, and healthcare in both enablement and direct sales roles. Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and a Masters of Arts from City University of New York.
Andy Drummond – Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Andy leads Zift’s financial, legal & compliance strategy. A passionate leader, Andy keenly understands & leverages data to deeply understand business performance and inform strategic decision making to drive success. Prior to Zift, he worked as a Transaction Services / Merger & Acquisitions advisor at PwC, advising on M&A deals ranging from venture capital / private equity led investments, to public fundraising, and debt structuring. Andy enjoys spending quality time with his young children, running to keep a healthy body & mind, and undoing all his hard work with delicious food & drink while watching Tottenham Hotspur. He holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of Exeter.
Cosmo Mariano – Chief Customer Officer
As Zift’s Chief Customer Officer, Cosmo is responsible for unifying the Customer Operations Team by combining Professional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support. With a background in design thinking, Cosmo brings a fresh perspective to customer experience and value delivery. He is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience scaling and transforming technology companies for success in mainstream markets. Before joining Zift, he was the Vice President of Services at UberFlip Software. Cosmo is a foodie that likes to cook as well as eat! He also enjoys video production for storytelling, education, and social media, buying and never playing guitars, skiing, golfing, and walking.
