If you expect to extract high value from your PRM, be prepared to pay a price commensurate with that value. Most low cost solutions end up costing far more than the more expensive solutions when you have to also pay for the more expensive solution to replace the low cost solution that failed you. If you value your business, be prepared to exchange the appropriate value for the tools needed to promote and manage sales.
