New CFO Brings High Growth Technology Business Expertise to Channel Marketing and Management Leader

Zift Solutions, a leading provider of Channel Marketing and Management (CMM) solutions, today announced that it has named Will Sendall as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Sendall brings nearly two decades of financial management experience working in high growth, publicly traded and privately held technology businesses, including NetSuite, Bronto and Red Hat, to his new role as Zift’s CFO.

As CFO, Sendall will provide strategic direction and oversight for the financial growth and management of Zift Solutions. The emerging growth Software as a Service (SaaS) company has exhibited impressive financial strength in the past several years, including a 74 percent increase in revenue in 2015, $14M in Series B Funding, and acquisitions of the SharedVue division of The Channel Company last year and competitor Marketing Advocate in 2014.

Prior to joining Zift, Sendall served as Vice President of Finance for Bronto Software. There he was responsible for building and managing all aspects of Finance and Accounting, Legal, HR, Information Systems and Operations functions for the fast-growing SaaS business, eventually overseeing Bronto’s $200M acquisition by NetSuite and subsequent integration. During his tenure, Sendall was named Triangle Business Journal’s CFO of the Year as Bronto grew to over $50M in revenue, climbing Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Company’s list between 2009 and 2014. Prior to Bronto, Sendall spent five years at Red Hat managing various aspects of the account and finance functions.
