Channel Marketing Leader Strengthens Zift’s Culture of Customer Centricity


Steven CapozziZift Solutions, a leading provider of Channel Marketing and Management (CMM) solutions, today announced that it has named Steven Capozzi as the company’s new VP of Customer Success. A proven business and portfolio leader who has won industry awards for vision and service, Capozzi brings two decades of product lifecycle, marketing and management expertise in Enterprise, SMB and Global Service Provider markets to his new role at Zift.

As VP of Customer Success, Capozzi will define and optimize Zift’s customer lifecycle, lead the Customer Success team in implementing on-boarding and development programs, and work with executive leadership to drive initiatives centered on customer success.

Recently named 1 of the “50 Channel Marketing Leaders to connect with on Social Media,” Capozzi is a highly experienced executive with a proven track record of analyzing market requirements and creating global product lines that exceed industry growth rates. Prior to joining Zift, Capozzi was Senior Director of Global Alliance/Channel Marketing for CA Technologies, where he created and implemented the CA Partner social business program and was responsible for leading demand generation and pipeline development to drive CA global partner network’s revenue and growth. Capozzi was also Director of Product Management, Marketing & Channel for Digital Hands and Director of Global Product Management for Exinda Networks, which saw unprecedented expansion and became the fastest growing WAN optimization product in the market during his tenure. He also held several leadership positions at Verizon and was responsible for providing strategic direction to its managed services portfolio as a Senior Product Marketing Manager.
