Zift Channel Center of Excellence Delivers Expert Instruction and Best Practices for Creating, Delivering and Leveraging Content via the Zift Platform


Zift Solutions, the leader in Enterprise Channel Management, has launched Content Certification Training. Conducted by Zift’s Channel Center of Excellence, the training series delivers expert instruction and best practices for creating, delivering and leveraging content via the Zift platform.

“Content plays a vital role in selling through the channel and putting partners on the road to success,” said Laz Gonzalez, Chief Strategy Officer for Zift and recognized channel expert. “By becoming Zift Content Certified, channel leaders and the agencies they work with gain a significant advantage in empowering partners and capturing more revenue.”

During the training sessions, Zift experts lead attendees through an initial overview of the Zift platform, so they can create and upload content into Zift123 by themselves or on behalf of partners using the platform. The platform overview is followed by hands-on training to create and optimize email  campaigns and workflows; best practices for print and social media to leverage content assets provided by suppliers, and instruction for creating reusable templates. Group sessions are conducted online in a workshop atmosphere, with attendees working within the platform. Individualized, one-on-one sessions follow group activities to allow attendees to ask specialized questions and learn best practices for using their own content within the Zift platform.

“We work with a lot of organizations attempting to build campaigns-in-a-box their partners and regions can customize and leverage. I haven’t seen this pulled off very well in traditional automation platforms due to lack of ease-of-use and lack of custom controls,” said Chris Parisi, COO for B2B marketing agency Bulldog Solutions. “It was apparent during our content training that traditional platforms could learn a few things from Zift. Zift is very robust, with the ability to manage and customize multi-channel campaigns, not just email, and it is very refreshing to see a platform that comes from a security-first standpoint regarding access levels, data security, and customization controls.”

Zift’s initial Content Certification class was conducted in June with 30 attendees. Course graduates were the first to be officially Zift Content Certified on the Zift Platform.  A new training session begins this week.
