The Results

Within just a few weeks of using Zift, Cosnadh has successfully launched two targeted email campaigns and enhanced its online presence, growing its Twitter following exponentially in just two weeks. Moreover, Cosnadh is capturing highly-specifc information about its activities and prospects.

Zift also provides a measure of control and organization for Cosnadh. “I’ve been able to cleanse our database and Zift allows me to keep control of multiple activities that I previously had to record and stick in my calendar,” notes Graham. “It’s much easier for me to see, track and manage everything in one place using Zift.”

Moving forward in 2016, Cosnadh has the potential to use lead sharing functionality to help facilitate lead qualification with SimpliVity via Zift.

The Challenges

As a leading systems integrator and SimpliVity partner, Cosnadh is on the cutting edge of hyperconvergence, a computing infrastructure for virtual workloads. However, with a small team and limited marketing resources, setting Cosnadh apart in a highly competitive IT marketplace proved challenging.

“I was brought on board to really focus on hyperconvergence through SimpliVity, but opening doors, capturing attention and speaking to people about our capabilities has been challenging,” said Graham Buckie, Senior Account Manager for Cosnadh.

“Tying up the phone is not the way to get ahead in this industry anymore,” Graham continued. “While we could do basic emails and social media on our own, it is incredibly time consuming to self-market. Without a graphic designer or content writer, our outreach and online presence wasn’t as eye-catching or professional as it could be. We were stuck with the best that we could do.”

The Solution

Cosnadh was introduced to the SimpliVity Marketing Center powered by Zift Solutions in October 2015 and the team is now actively using Email Marketing, Social Media and Content Syndication.

To help them get started, Cosnadh completed one-on-one training with Zift. “Zift walked us through the solution and helped us generate our first campaigns,” said Graham. “From the start, it was very simple to design and generate a professional-looking email campaign, either using a SimpliVityprovided template or creating a custom campaign.”

Cosnadh quickly launched two separate campaigns. The first leveraged a SimpliVity template and was sent to handpicked targets in two separate marketplaces to promote a hyperconvergence event. “It was easy to customize the template with our logo and information. The first campaign generated a lot of interest and, to keep the activity going and information flowing, I created a second custom campaign focused on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. “The activity and high open rates that we generated through our email campaigns immediately focused and accelerated attention onto our social media efforts. With Zift, we can use SimpliVity content to create new posts and it’s incredibly easy to manage multiple social media sites, like LinkedIn and Twitter,” he said.
